To use Gamma's services, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

Gamma provides a platform that allows you to copy trades from expert traders. When you choose to copy a trader, your account will automatically execute trades based on the trader's actions. You understand that past performance does not guarantee future results, and all trading involves risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and the management of your account.

Trading in financial markets, including forex, stocks, and cryptocurrencies, carries substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Copy trading does not eliminate these risks. Market conditions can change rapidly, and losses can occur even when copying successful traders. You should only invest funds that you can afford to lose and should seek independent financial advice if necessary.

All deposits must be made through approved payment methods. Withdrawal requests are subject to verification and processing timeframes as outlined in our withdrawal policy. We reserve the right to request additional documentation for verification purposes. Fees may apply to certain transactions, and you will be notified of any applicable fees before completing a transaction.

Gamma may charge fees for various services, including but not limited to spreads, commissions, and platform fees. All fees are disclosed in our fee schedule, which may be updated from time to time. You agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your use of the platform. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to: (a) use the platform for any illegal purpose; (b) attempt to manipulate or interfere with the platform's operation; (c) share your account credentials with others; (d) engage in any form of market manipulation; (e) use automated systems or bots without authorization; (f) violate any applicable laws or regulations; or (g) engage in any activity that could harm Gamma or other users.

All content, features, and functionality of the Gamma platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Gamma or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gamma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or legal requirements. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts of New York, USA.
